FACTORY AND ITS LOCATION : Dipta Garments ltd is a sister concern of Dird Group which is located at Nagarchar, Rajfulbaria, Savar, Dhaka near the River Bangshi, one kilometer west from the Dhaka Aricha main road. It has covered the floor space of total 41,451.18 sft. The floors are Ground Floor to 2nd Floor of three storied building. Dird Group is one of the leading manufacturer and exporters of readymade garments in Bangladesh. Since its inception in 1984, the group has been able to create distinctive image amongst European Garment Buyers as makers of high quality garments. We specialize in heavier weights and bottom line garments such as pants, shorts, Bermudas and skirts etc. We also make Overalls, Shortfalls and western type Jackets. Top importers, chain stores and mail order houses are our customers.

Ground Floor - Sewing Section, Finishing, Packing, Finished Go-dowm,
Child Care Center, Bonded Ware House, Maintenance Section. (Under constriction)
1ST Floor - General Office, Cutting Section, Store , Bonded Ware House House & Conference Room, Inspection room.
2ND Floor - Sewing Section, Merchandising, Doctors room, Mechanic

A. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS : Ensuring of all laws and regulation with its implication.
B. CHILD LABOUR : Not to employ or use any child labor.
C. FORCED LABOUR : Not to use any forces on involuntary labor whether prisoned bonded or other wise.
D. HARASSMENT & ABUSE : Not to use corporal punishment, threats of violence or other forms of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse each employee will be treated with dignity and respect.
E. NON DISCRIMINATION : Not to discriminate in hiring and employment practices, including salary benefits, advancement, on the basis of race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, political opinion or disability.
F. HEALTH & SAFETY : To provide employees with safe and healthy work place in compliance with all applicable laws and regulation, ensuring at a minimum reasonable access to portable water and sanitary facilities, fire safety and adequate lighting and ventilation.
G. COMPENSATION : To recognize that wages are essential to meet employees basic needs. DIRD Group will at minimum comply with all applicable wages and working hours law and regulation including those relation to minimum wages over time, maximum hours and other elements of compensation and provide legally mandatory benefits, except in extra ordinary business circumstance. DIRD Group will not require employees to work more than 48 hours per week & 12 hours over time per week.

I. WAGES AND BENEFITS : We always follow to pay the workers as per gazette notification of the government of Bangladesh.
J. HOURS OF WORK : We strictly follow the labour law working hours.
